O mnie

About me

My name is Waldemar Załęski. I came into this world at a time when there was no internet, no cell phones, and no social media. Back then, Google was called “Mom knows.”
I grew up in a world where cassette tapes were a technological marvel. Rewinding to your favorite song required the precision of a surgeon. TV had just a few channels. You actually had to wait for a specific hour to watch your show.

I’m from a generation that remembers the world both before the internet and after its arrival. I’m at an age where my mind consistently believes I’m about 30.
My sense of humor stopped somewhere around the age of twenty. And every morning, my body conducts its own investigation titled: “Do we even know each other?”
Despite it all, I still have energy. I have a curiosity about the world. And I’m convinced the best things are yet to come. Well, except maybe running a marathon. On that one, my body explicitly requested legal counsel.

After schools — finished and unfinished ones — I took up introducing new technologies into companies. So I’m somewhat of a guy with an analog past and a digital present.
I have a very optimistic approach to the future. I remember cassette tapes, but I chat with AI. I remember corded phones. And today I wonder why a fridge needs Wi-Fi.
