Augustów and its attractions

Just like last year, during the camp turnover at DanceWay on Tour, we came to Augustów. When we pulled up to the Salas Resort, the kids were recording their camp dances and getting ready to board the bus.
Once they left, we headed to the center of Augustów for a walk and some mandatory ice cream. I didn’t notice this cool fountain last year. Plus, because of the heatwave, they set up water curtains next to it. With Weronika as our guide, we know exactly what to see in Augustów.

Speedboat ride

In the evening, we took a sunset speedboat ride. It was exploring Augustów from a completely different perspective—an awesome feeling, as you can see in the photos below.

Heading back home

We got back to the guesthouse after midnight. We had to get some sleep and be at the resort in the morning to welcome the new batch of campers. After that, we hit the road back home, with a lunch break halfway through. I have to admit, the entire route is an expressway now. One thing is for sure—it wasn’t the last time we came to Augustów.
