During my nephews’ previous visit, we already agreed on how we’d spend the next one. Unfortunately, on the day I was supposed to provide the entertainment, the weather wasn’t so kind to us anymore. And go figure, try planning anything.

Even though it wasn’t freezing, it wasn’t warm enough to play in the water either. The whole “water complex” was closed, leaving only pedal boating. When renting, I flashed my freshly minted Grodzisk Resident Card and got a big discount :-).

Plenty of ice cream and a homestyle dinner

Pedaling Renatka around for an hour really wore them out. We had to recharge with the best ice cream in the area and a homestyle dinner at my favorite restaurant.

As for Jola, since she already knew the Walczewski Ponds, I showed her the Golian Ponds and the nearby Skarbków Park, complete with its fountain and graduation tower.

At Jola’s special request, I prepared a wedding anniversary card for Werka and Piotrek. I had a lot of fun playing with AI while making it. I took original photos from their wedding and turned them into cartoon versions.

The card was such a hit that I’ve already got another commission 😛

At the end of the month, we moved to a bigger room. This way, Tomek and I can actually walk past each other whenever we want :P. The downside is having to rerun all the computer cabling and reconfigure the network from scratch, but… it’s worth it.
