Kasia Kowalska sings “what a new day can bring,” and today she could probably sing what a new year can bring. I, even though some people suspect me of having clairvoyant powers, don’t have them and I don’t know. I’ve somewhat laid it out in my head, but as for actually making it happen… who knows. This year there will be two important dates that I already know about, even though I don’t know the exact days yet 😛 and both will be in June. The first is Darek and Kasia’s wedding/reception, where I’ll have the honorable role of a witness (and by no means a state witness), the second is my bachelor’s thesis defense (that’s not actually totally certain yet 😛 but probable enough that I can write about it).
Getting back to New Year’s Eve 2007/2008, it was exactly as I predicted, although I didn’t know about everything, but… whatever, the next one will be better.
And the continuous, relentless pursuit of perfection will be my motto this year…. may the force be with me
