I’m warning you, this isn’t a post for vegetarians, vegans, or wildlife defenders. Thanks to the Huntsman of the Rogacz Hunting Club in Grodzisk Mazowiecki, Ilona and I received a wild boar as a thank-you for helping them out with their IT and computer stuff. Fortunately, it wasn’t a live wild boar, but one that had been hunted, gutted, vet-tested, etc. I took it to the butcher’s and we got a massive amount of kabanos and sausage, along with a bit of other delicious cold cuts.
