On June’s birthday (06.06.2009), since the weather played along, Tomek and I headed out to the air show in Góraszka. The traffic at the local airport was like at Paris Roissy-Charles de Gaulle. Planes and helicopters were taking off and landing like bees in a hive. What the pilots were doing in the air defied the laws of physics and made it seem like the capabilities of both these machines and the people sitting in them were limitless.

The TVN24 helicopter – Błękitny24 showed up at the picnic, as well as a Cobra attack helicopter. Even though I love helicopters, the MiG-29 beat them all, both with its display and its sheer volume – an amazing experience.
