As always for the holidays, everyone wishes each other lots of health… boring. We throw out a quick slogan and consider the matter closed. However, so as not to bore everyone with such greetings, I decided to unroll my thoughts a bit, because as we all know, even toilet paper knows that to get anywhere in life, you have to unroll. I’ll put my wishes for good health here (since it’s been known for ages that health is the most important thing) in a slightly different form, so:
Unusual Easter wishes
I wish you: a good general condition. Consciousness, mobility, and maintained, easy verbal-logical contact. Normal body structure. Pink skin without pathological eruptions, scars, and swelling. Normal body temperature. Impalpable and painless lymph nodes. A normocephalic skull, painless to percussion. Normally set, normally moving eyes with negative Graefe’s, Kocher’s, Moebius’, and Stellwag’s signs. Pink conjunctivae and white sclerae. Pupils equal, round, reactive to light, and accommodating normally. A negative Argyll Robertson pupil sign. Normal visual acuity. A symmetrical and patent nose without pathological discharge. Ears without abnormalities. Mastoid process painless to percussion and tragus painless to pressure. Moist, pink oral mucosa without any coating. A normally mobile, uncoated tongue. Clean, unenlarged tonsils. Well-ordered teeth with no signs of decay.
From the neck to the cardiovascular system
A symmetrical, normally mobile neck and an unenlarged thyroid without vascular bruits. A symmetrical, inspiratory-set chest with normal respiratory excursion. Resonant percussion notes. Lung borders within normal limits. Auscultation revealing normal vesicular breath sounds over all lung fields. No audible wheezes, crackles, rhonchi, whistling, or pleural friction rubs. Normal borders of absolute cardiac dullness. Regular heart rate. Heart sounds clear and properly accented. No detectable murmurs over the heart valves. Pulses on peripheral arteries well-filled, synchronous with the heartbeat. Blood pressure within WHO norms. Soft abdomen, painless on palpation, without pathological masses. Negative peritoneal signs. Negative Chełmoński and Blumberg signs.
Test results within normal limits
Preserved, normal bowel peristalsis. Impalpable and painless liver, spleen, and pancreas. Impalpable kidneys, painless to shaking. Normal diuresis. Free hernia rings. Genitals without abnormalities. Musculoskeletal system normal for your age. Negative neurological signs: no neck stiffness, negative Kernig’s and Brudzinski’s signs. Normal, brisk, and equal periosteal and tendon reflexes. Negative Babinski sign. No history of: shortness of breath, cough, hoarseness, chest pain, chills, sweats, palpitations and fainting, difficulty swallowing, heartburn, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation and jaundice, dysuria, urinary retention, memory problems, seizures, or disturbances in your sex life. Good mental and social well-being. Ancillary test results within normal limits. May you never report pain complaints, never admit to smoking cigarettes, never overwork yourselves, and drink alcohol only “occasionally.” May you sleep well and have a normal appetite. 🙂
What I wish for you and for myself
How much you can learn about yourself with such wishes, remembering that something was clicking, burning, or whatever else. Because of this, we can create a situation where, thanks to our wishes, someone will actually be healthier 🙂 Which is what I wish for you and for myself, adding wishes of happiness and fulfilled dreams to the good health.
