I like stewed mushrooms with onions in sour cream. But it’s just too easy to go to the store and buy the ingredients, so naturally, I first had to wake up early in the morning, which doesn’t happen without a struggle. Then head into the forest and actually find those mushrooms. This was supposed to happen somewhere past Warka, between Czerwonka and Gajówka Czerwonka. After 3 hours of wandering and finding just enough to look pretty resting on the palm of my hand, we had to change forests. But I have no idea where that was anymore, because my phone died on me. I managed to eat my favorite dish, and there were even a few left over to dry, so the Christmas Eve bigos will actually have mushrooms in it.
