Speaking of food, at Podwale 25 Kompania Piwna—a feast-style restaurant in Warsaw, in the very heart of the Old Town right next to the defensive walls and the Barbican—I had the opportunity to eat a delicious baked pork knuckle. Sizzling skin, wonderful meat along with a cold beer… that’s what Bears from Niedźwiadek like best.
