Product training sessions organized by the 3W company are always an excellent opportunity to expand our knowledge and exchange experiences. You can also see for yourself that even the most technical products can be discussed with a smile. This time, products from Sinat, Isiroc, Ceresit, Dolina Nidy, Cersanit, Baumat, and Sopro were on the agenda. So it was concrete, substantive, and… very tasty. Every session started innocently enough. Products, applications, specs, technologies, advantages, and, of course, answers to tough questions. We meticulously absorbed the knowledge, doing everything we could so that not a single important detail would escape us. And since it’s a known fact that knowledge alone doesn’t always stick in your head for long, we decided to apply a proven teaching method: consolidating the material under the conditions of a heightened teambuilding atmosphere. Put simply — after the training, we sat down together at the table and helped our memories using more liquid methods of learning. We remembered some product information very well. Other info… requires one more training session.
Thanks to the training sessions, we could better understand the products, their applications, and solutions that we can later use in our daily work. And thanks to our evenings together, we also got to know each other… from a slightly less official side. Let’s not kid ourselves — man does not live by knowledge alone. After intensive training came the most important part of the day: communal consumption. We ate a lot and with commitment, analyzing every meal with a precision worthy of the best specialists in the construction industry. After all, we can evaluate the parameters of mortar, glue, or finishing materials. Which means we are more than capable of conducting a professional quality analysis of a pork chop, roasted pig, appetizers, or dessert. There was no shortage of practical training here, either. Theory said: “try it.” Practice replied: “get seconds.”
The 3W company made sure we returned richer with new knowledge regarding Sinat, Isiroc, Ceresit, Dolina Nidy, Cersanit, Baumat, and Sopro products. We, on the other hand, made sure to properly… consolidate that knowledge. Now all that’s left is to go back to work and see how much of all this we actually remember.
