We celebrated Mom’s 60th in Ursus. Marta outdid herself and made a cake so amazing that it wasn’t until we were cutting it that I realized it was a cake, and not a gift for Mom, who loves orchids. Her cakes have one flaw. They’re so pretty it’s a shame to eat them, but they’re also delicious, so you just can’t resist.
