A trip to the lake usually brings fish to mind, both catching and eating them. This time was different. Lake Łąkie, or more precisely the town of Wólka, where we often go to recharge, welcomed us with wonderful grilled pork knuckles. It’s worth waiting for that moment when Zbyszek actually feels like it and has the time to prepare such brilliant food.
