Winter Yoga Course in Lanckorona

At the meet-and-greet, where everyone talked a bit about themselves, I said, “… I’ve been practicing yoga since last year” (Sensei Ania’s expression was priceless) “since December 27th of last year, exactly, and this is my second course… in the span of a month.” It just so happened that within a month, I spent two weeks practicing yoga for 3.5 hours a day, which isn’t as simple a task as it sometimes seems.
Ten kurs był inny niż Charbrowo. Pewnie częściowo dlatego, że zamiast nad morzem był w górach, że nie mieszkaliśmy w dworku, tylko w Ashramie i tam unosiła się duchowa atmosfera.
As always, I tried to practice the best I could, but unfortunately, this time I fell short… Practicing felt better than in Charbrowo, because I at least knew what to expect. However, I injured my shoulder, and with a large number of asanas, I couldn’t do everything (at least on the left side). Generally, practicing in pain isn’t pleasant (even resting in downward-facing dog hurt).
I visited Wadowice (which isn’t hard, because there’s really nothing there besides kremowki cream cakes). I participated in Arati and became a karma yoga instructor (my education obliges, after all ;-)).
